Day 1: Mystic Spiti begins Chandigarh to Narkanda
(175 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs)
Arrive in Chandigarh, the starting point of your adventure. Begin the journey to Narkanda, a picturesque town situated approximately 60 km from Shimla. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Himalayan foothills.
Break for a delightful lunch on the way, savouring local flavours. Continue your journey, immersing yourself in the changing landscapes.
Arrive in Narkanda and check into your accommodation. Unwind and explore the charm of Narkanda, surrounded by lush greenery and captivating views.
Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay, ready to embark on the next leg of your Spiti adventure.

Day 2: Narkanda – Kalpa the next Village
(160 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs)
Day starts with morning drive to mesmerizing Kalpa one of the biggest and beautiful villages of Kinnaur. Enroute visit Reckong Peo.
Reckong Peo or Peo which is known as the Land of the Gods is an amazing showcase of the splendour which Himalayas present. Reckong Peo is a serene town in the centre of the great Himalayas which is well-known for its apple orchards.
Visit remote Rogi and Chini Village as we enjoy the breath-taking view of Kinnaur Kailash (6050 meters height) considered as sacred by both Hindu and Buddhist Kinnauris from these places. Overnight stay at Kalpa.

Day 3: Kalpa to Tabo
(160 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs)
Depart from Kalpa and continue your journey on the renowned Hindustan – Tibet Highway (NH 22). As you travel, you'll enter the mesmerizing Spiti Valley at Sumdo. A little further, take the link road to Gyu, where you'll have the unique opportunity to visit the famous mummy of an old monk.
Proceed towards Tabo, often referred to as the Ajanta of the Himalayas. This ancient monastery is believed to have been built by Lotsawa Rinchen Zangpo, a renowned translator. Intriguingly, the statues within Tabo Monastery bear a striking resemblance to those found in the Alchi Monastery in Ladakh.
Conclude the day with an overnight stay in Tabo, where the rich history and spiritual ambiance of the region will captivate your senses.

Day 4: Continue your journey from Tabo- Mud
(65 Kms/ 3 Hrs)
After breakfast, embark on a visit to the Dhankar Monastery, gracefully perched atop a hill with panoramic views of the Spiti River. Continue your journey towards the Pin Valley, where you'll explore the Kungri Monastery. Established in 1987, the Pin Valley National Park serves as a natural habitat for endangered species such as the snow leopard and Siberian Ibex.
Take a leisurely walk through the village lanes, providing you with the opportunity to interact with the friendly locals and immerse yourself in the local culture.
Return to the homestay and unwind in the tranquil surroundings of Mud. The overnight stay in Mud will allow you to appreciate the serene beauty of the region.

Day 5 : The Scenic drive : Mud- Kaza
(50 Kms/ 3 Hrs)
Following breakfast, set out on a scenic drive to Kaza, the administrative headquarters of Spiti Valley. Upon arrival in Kaza, delve into the exploration of the region.
Visit the iconic Key Monastery, a significant Tibetan Buddhist monastery, which is perched atop a hill and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Continue your journey to Kibber Village, known for its charming architecture and local culture.
In the afternoon, explore Chichum Bridge, where you can witness the awe-inspiring scenery of the Spiti Valley. After a day of exploration, return to your hotel in Kaza for a relaxing overnight stay, surrounded by the tranquility of the high Himalayas.

Day 6: Kaza Exploration
After breakfast, embark on a day of sightseeing that includes visits to Hikkim and Langza Villages. Hikkim is renowned for hosting the world's highest post office, situated at an altitude of 14,400 ft. above sea level. Experience the unique charm of this remote village.
Proceed to Komik, known as the highest motorable village in the world, perched at an altitude of 15,027 ft. Marvel at the breathtaking landscapes and the traditional way of life in this high-altitude village.
In the evening, enjoy some free time to explore the town of Kaza at your own pace. Immerse yourself in the local culture and savor the unique atmosphere of this Himalayan destination. Conclude the day with a comfortable overnight stay in Kaza.

Day 7: Kaza to Batal
(90 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs)
Early in the morning, check out from your accommodation in Kaza and set forth on your journey to the Chandratal Base Camp. Chandratal Lake, often hailed as one of the most beautiful lakes in the mighty Himalayas, is situated at an altitude of about 4300m. The name "Chandra Taal" (Lake of the Moon) is inspired by its crescent shape.
Upon reaching the base camp, take some time to relax. Later in the day, embark on a hike to the stunning Chandratal Lake. Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings and admire the breathtaking views that the lake and its surroundings offer.

Day 8: Batal to Manali Journey

Early in the morning, bid farewell to the Chandratal Base Camp and commence your journey towards Manali. Enroute, be captivated by the scenic beauty of Pagal Nala and the renowned Rohtang Pass, adding a touch of adventure to your drive.
Given the length of the journey, the evening will be spent at a leisurely pace, allowing you to explore the charming town of Manali and unwind. Take advantage of the free time to stroll through the local attractions or simply relax in the serene ambiance.

Day 9: Departure from Manali to Chandigarh
