Cancellation Policy (India)
• Cancellation has to be sent to us by Email.
• Cancellation Policy only for Tour Packages : Validity till 30 March 2025
• Cancellation on or before 61 days from date of Departure.
Full Credit note of the Paid amount for future tour; Valid upto 6 months from date of cancellation. (subject to amount paid for the booking). Credit note is Transferrable.
You may choose Credit note OR You can claim balance refund after deductions (i.e. 20% Charges of total amount + Non Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf will be deducted)
• Cancellation on or before 46 to 60 days from date of Departure:
25% Charges of total amount + Non Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf will be deducted.
No Credit note.
• Cancellation on or before 16 to 45 days from date of Departure:
50% Charges of total amount + Non Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf will be deducted.
No Credit note.
• Cancellation on or before 15 days from date of Departure to On Tour:
100% Charges. No Refunds.
Refunds under the Cancellation Policy will be issued to same account within 10 working days upon receipt of the final cancellation confirmation from the guest and acceptance from our end.
For any legal matter involving the company, parties hereto agree to confer exclusive jurisdiction to Mumbai Courts / Forums
For Customised / Special tours – Cancellation of all participants or partial participants please refer the quotes; or please contact the representative for the Terms & Conditions.
For Booking and Reservation
1. For booking, an advance amount of INR 15000/- or 50% of total package cost whichever is higher to be paid.
2. The balance payment (50%) to be paid before 45 days from the date of departure.
