For Booking and Reservation
1. For booking, an advance amount of INR 15000/- or 50% of total package cost whichever is higher to be paid
2. The balance payment (50%) to be paid before 45 days from the date of departure.

For any legal matter involving the company, parties hereto agree to confer exclusive jurisdiction to Mumbai Courts / Forums.
